This role provides exceptional learning and growth opportunities within JLL's industry-leading capital markets platform, allowing you to build • Demonstrate technical proficiency with databases to identify relevant market data for trend analysis and preparation of client presentations and pitch materials **Required Qualifications:** • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience) • 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis environment, with mortgage banking or commercial real estate industry experience strongly preferred
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for financial modeling, along with Outlook and Word • Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing, and communication abilities with demonstrated client-facing capabilities • Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations
• Self-motivated with strong team orientation and excellent time management skills to manage multiple concurrent deadlines effectively • Demonstrated ability to communicate analytical and marketing data effectively in written format for various stakeholder audiences**Preferred Qualifications:** • Experience with Argus Enterprise or other commercial real estate financial modeling software
• Database management experience and advanced data analysis capabilities
• Knowledge of commercial real estate property types, market fundamentals, and financing structures
• Experience in client relationship management or business development activities
• Familiarity with real estate legal documentation and due diligence processes
