is looking for a dynamic and customer‑focused Leasing Consultant to join our team in Osprey, FL. In this part‑time role you will be the face of our property, delivering outstanding leasing experiences and adding value to our community.

Responsibilities The Leasing Consultant executes the property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
Perform all sales and leasing activities in person to achieve revenue and occupancy targets—greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, performing credit and background checks, preparing lease packages, and ensuring smooth move‑ins.
Produce off‑site marketing activities—resident referral programs, employer outreach, internet and social media marketing, and special programs—to drive traffic to the property.
Gather, analyze, and interpret market and economic trends; recommend improvements; stay updated on technology and industry changes.
Manage lease enforcement—inspections, evictions, collections, notifications, and other processes outlined in lease agreements.
Follow‑up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease or renewal decisions; support lease renewal program and resolve resident concerns promptly.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and general appearance of the property; report mechanical/electrical malfunctions and injuries.
Resolve customer complaints and issues; stay informed about current market conditions and implement marketing plans accordingly.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Work Hours and Work Environment Schedule: 40 hours in a regular work week, with typical site hours (may vary by site):
Monday – Friday: 9 am – 6 pm
Saturday: 10 am – 5 pm
Sunday: 1 pm – 5 pm
Essential Requirements
Availability to work on weekends when scheduled.
Ability to work independently in an office environment and outdoors where conditions may be hazardous.
Qualifications Summary Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred background in property management, sales, marketing, or customer service.
Advanced Skills:
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.
Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata, Yardi, or One Site).
Licenses and Certifications:
Valid driver’s license.
No additional certifications required.
Physical and Mobility Requirements:
Ability to lift weights up to 20 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
Frequent standing, walking, reaching, climbing, stooping, squatting, and intermittent keyboard use.
Travel Requirements:
Routine local travel for business errands, meetings, and training.
