What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Collaborate with the Business Development team to clarify the scope of pricing requests

Work with Canadian Carrier Leadership to refine pricing strategies

Utilize historical and third-party data to make informed pricing decisions

Manage and store all pricing-related work to ensure quality control and accuracy

Communicate recommendations to improve technology and efficiency in pricing processes

What is Required (Qualifications)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite

Working knowledge of Canadian intra-Canada and cross-border truckload freight markets

Ability to complete assigned RFPs on time and communicate clearly with stakeholders

Flexibility and adaptability to process and market changes

Experience in executing customer strategies through pricing and margin applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Familiarity with Python and SQL

Previous experience in a logistics or transportation role

Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making

Ability to build and maintain relationships within a team environment

Experience in pricing analysis or business development within the logistics industry
