Partner with Clinical, Operations, and Product teams to define reporting requirements and design data-driven solutions
Build and deliver comprehensive PBM pricing analytics and regulatory compliance reports
Develop dashboards, queries, and reporting models to enhance operational scalability
Maintain and govern pricing data assets, ensuring data integrity through validation processes
Serve as the subject matter expert on PBM data architecture and guide teams on best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field
1-2 years of relevant experience in financial data analysis and reporting
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
SQL programming knowledge and experience
Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Knowledge and experience in the healthcare, insurance, or PBM industry
Python programming knowledge and experience
Experience with database management
