Location: 2101 S. Santa Fe, Moore, OK 73160

Pay: $24.63 - $29.25 per hour

Position is based at the Moore, OK location and requires flexible availability Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Fridays 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and rotating Saturdays 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply.

Summary : The Relationship Banker 4 supports branch sales goals by advancing product sales and customer service. The role involves building and strengthening customer relationships, coaching associates, and occasionally covering managerial responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

Drive associate performance through accountability and coaching.

Demonstrate a solid understanding of financials and profitability.

Lead and support branch associates in coordination with BSMs.

Develop and execute personalized professional development plans.

Build and leverage relationships with strategic partners to fulfill customer needs.

Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans and facilitate loan closings.

Hands‑on involvement in residential mortgage loan applications and negotiations.

Ensure compliance with bank policy, laws, regulations, and BSA/AML requirements.

Support change management and resolve complex customer and associate issues.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.

At least 2 years experience in retail banking or equivalent.

Current NMLS SAFE Act Registration, or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Successful achievement of defined competencies of Relationship Banker 3 or equivalent experience.

Previous supervisory/management experience preferred.

Military experience considered for veterans and transitioning service members.
