Job Title Relationship Banker

Location 215 NW A St, Suite 120, Bentonville, AR

Working Hours Monday through Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; Saturday 8:30 am – 1:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to achieving branch sales goals through a consultative sales approach with new and existing customers, following the sales process defined in the CFB Retail Sales Playbook.

Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales and strengthen customer relationships.

Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans, accept consumer loan applications and facilitate loan closings.

Deliver consistent, exceptional customer service; acknowledge customers promptly, greet them warmly, introduce yourself, use eye contact, and thank them.

Open and process simple, moderate, or highly complex deposit accounts.

Answer and assist customers’ questions and concerns, including deposit risk management and day‑to‑day banking business.

Maintain in‑depth knowledge of products, services, digital services, and delivery options; support customer usage of products and services.

Participate in branch promotions and marketing initiatives as directed.

Apply bank standards, policies, and procedures with sound judgment; comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the BSA/AML Program.

Qualification Levels Level 1 – Training

High School Diploma or GED required.

Current NMLS SAFE Act registration or ability to register within 30 days required.

Demonstrated sales and customer service experience preferred.

College degree preferred.

Level 2 – Proficient

High School Diploma or GED required.

Achievement of defined competencies of Level 1 required.

Current NMLS SAFE Act registration or ability to register within 30 days required.

Level 3 – Advanced

High School Diploma or GED required.

Successful achievement of defined competencies of Level 2 or relevant experience required.

Current NMLS SAFE Act registration or ability to register within 30 days required.

Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.

Physical Demands Regular attendance is an essential function of the job. The associate must be able to travel occasionally within the United States, possibly overnight. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Compensation Pay Range: $19.46 – $23.11 per hour.
