Overview
Denver Behavior Consultants (DBC) is hiring full‑time therapists to deliver early intervention services to children ages 0‑3 in home‑based settings throughout the Denver Metro area. Responsibilities
Provide early‑intervention care and model/teach interventions to children. Monitor child progress, collect data, and adjust goals as needed. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and family members. Conduct developmental assessments and actively communicate with the team. Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE). Colorado teaching license in ECE or ECSE (or equivalent OT/R or CCC‑SLP certification). Strong understanding of child development and capacity to support families. Benefits & Compensation
Contract (1099) – minimum 20 hrs/week, paid hourly $62 – $75. Flexible schedule, paid trainings, mentoring, shadow visits, monthly team meetings, and opportunity to build a larger caseload. Application
