Soar Autism Center is hiring an Early Intervention Specialist to be part of our transformative team dedicated to fostering the development of children with autism. In this role, you will apply behavioral and developmental strategies to assist children’s development and teach skills that provide a critical foundation for a child's growth and learning.
Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive one‑on‑one care and behavioral/developmental support to children aged 2‑6, emphasizing a nurturing and encouraging environment.
Implement care plans under the guidance of our clinical team, ensuring they support each child’s learning and growth.
Build relationships with families.

Qualifications
Interest in and experience working with children; diverse backgrounds welcomed.
Preference given to those currently in a degree program or holding a degree.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Reliable transportation to both training location and local center; punctuality essential.
Physical requirements: ability to sit, stand, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods, walk, and occasionally run short distances.
What We Offer
$21.50 – $28.50 per hour with regular bonus and promotion opportunities; all staff reviewed every 3 months for raises or promotions.
