Soar Autism Center welcomes candidates for the
Early Intervention Specialist
role to join our transformative team dedicated to fostering the development of children with autism. As a care provider, you'll apply behavioral and developmental strategies to support children’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one‑to‑one care and behavioral/developmental support to children aged 2‑6 in a nurturing environment.
Implement care plans guided by the clinical team, ensuring suitability for each child’s learning needs.
Build and maintain relationships with families.

Qualifications
Interest in and experience working with children (diverse backgrounds welcome).

Reliable transportation to training and the local center; punctuality essential.
Physical requirements: sit/stand frequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods, stand/walk occasionally run short distances.
What We Offer
$21.50–$28.50 per hour with regular bonuses and promotion opportunities; staff reviewed every 3 months for raises/promotions.
