– Soar Autism Center We are hiring a care provider to support children with autism aged 2‑6. You will apply behavioral and developmental strategies and teach essential skills to foster growth. Key Responsibilities

Provide attentive one‑on‑one care and behavioral/developmental support to children aged 2‑6 in a nurturing environment. Implement care plans under guidance of the clinical team, ensuring they support the child’s learning. Build strong relationships with children’s families. What The Job Is Like

Interest and experience working with children; open to diverse backgrounds. Preference for those in or holding a degree. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Reliable transportation to training and local center; punctuality essential. Must meet physical requirements: sit/stand frequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs, sit/kneel on floor for extended periods, stand, walk, occasionally run short distances. What We Offer

$21.50–$28.50/hour with regular bonus and promotion opportunities. Review for raise/promotions every 3 months. Comprehensive health benefits: medical, dental, vision.
