All Roads in Riviera Beach, FL is hiring a Service Advisor to serve as the first point of contact for our service department. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and enjoys working around heavy equipment. You’ll coordinate repairs, communicate timelines, and ensure a first-class customer experience. Prior service advisor experience is required; heavy equipment or heavy-duty background preferred.
Compensation
$50,000–$55,000 base salary plus commission (based on experience)
Full-time, weekday schedule

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and act as liaison between customers and the dealership
Schedule service appointments and prepare accurate estimates
Advise customers on maintenance based on manufacturer specifications
Create, update, and document repair and work orders
Maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals
Proactively update customers on repair status, estimate changes, and pickup timing
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license
Previous service writing/advisor experience required
Heavy-duty or heavy-equipment experience preferred
Strong customer service, multitasking, prioritization, and efficiency skills
