As a Manager, Business Sales at Spectrum, you will manage daily operations, mentor account executives and inspire your team to surpass budgeted sales goals. How You Will Make an Impact

Coach,leadand motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales and performance targets

Spend 80% of your time in the field supporting your team and 20% handling office responsibilities and administrative tasks

Develop andmaintaina comprehensive team territory plan while setting andmonitoringindividual sales goals using Spectrum’s systems and tools

Resolve customer complaints and address issuesimpactingsales operations tomaintainefficiency

Organize regular meetings to keep the team informed of tools,processand product updates

Recruit, train and coach Account Executives, handling employee relations, performance reviews and ensuring training compliance

Oversee daily funnel activity for individual sales representatives, including contacts,presentationsand sales

Ensureaccuratecompletion of administrative tasks and reporting for all sales activities

Maintain detailed knowledge of Spectrum’s product offerings, marketplace trends and competitive landscape, while building positive relationships with customers and partners

What You Will Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field or equivalent experience

Experience

5+ years of telecommunications product and services sales experience

5+ years of business-to‑business sales management experience

Skills

Read, write,speakand understand English

Experience organizing, implementing and maintaining sales goals

Knowledge of communications technologies and services, with a focus on telephone and Internet fundamentals

Valid state driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record

The base pay for this position generally is between

$69,000.00 and $136,600.00 . The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at

$73,000 .
