Summary Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to serve as the first contact for customers who need technical assistance via phone or email.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer issues via phone, email, in-person, and chat.

Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.

Requirements

2+ years Help Desk or Technical Support experience.

Experience with O365.

Dependability, reliability.

Common sense, logical.

Preferred

Experience with the following:

Active Directory;

Microsoft Intune;

Mobile Device Management.

This is a 6-Month Contract opportunity with potential to extend with our Charlotte, NC client.
