A look into the role Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standard of customer service is achieved at all times.
Customer Advisor responsibilities
Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
Ensure that stock is replenished daily while complying with the company stock rotation process.
Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
Actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
Cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
Perform any other duties as required for the role.
Skills for Success
Don’t worry if you have no previous retail experience – we’ll provide you with all the right training.
