Responsibilities
Assist in all site merchandising, including updating assets and product listings using content management systems (CMS)
Complete requests for new products, updates, and promotions by following an Agile methodology
Conduct regular product catalog checks to maintain quality and resolve errors
Collaborate with the email development team on landing page creation for campaigns
Ensure optimal customer experience through quality assurance of content and merchandising execution
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and structured approach to tasks
Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and eCommerce platforms
Experience in analyzing customer behaviors and promotional activities
Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment with changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in eCommerce operations or digital marketing
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
Previous work in the animal health or veterinary industry
Knowledge of email marketing and campaign execution
Strong analytical skills to leverage customer insights
