Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Oversee the scheduling and execution of all equipment repairs, installations, and facility maintenance activities.
Manage the maintenance department budget, spare parts inventory, and external service contracts.
Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company operational policies.
Analyze equipment performance data to identify root causes of failures and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.
Collaborate with production management to minimize downtime and optimize equipment uptime for manufacturing operations.
Recommended Qualifications
Minimum 5-7 years of progressive maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong technical expertise with industrial machinery, automation systems, and facility infrastructure.
Proven experience implementing and optimizing preventative, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) programs.
Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work order management, scheduling, and reporting.
Demonstrated leadership in managing, mentoring, and developing maintenance teams, including budget oversight and capital project execution.
Bonus Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in CMMS administration and optimization.
Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
Experience implementing Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies or Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies.
Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
