Addison Group is partnering with one of our clients in the energy sector to identify a detail-oriented Division Order Analyst. This role supports ownership accuracy, revenue integrity, and timely processing of division order documentation in a collaborative, professional environment. Job Description:
The Division Order Analyst will be responsible for managing division order workflows, reviewing ownership interests, and coordinating with internal and external partners to resolve discrepancies. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate ownership records and supporting land and accounting functions. Key Responsibilities:
Process division orders accurately and within required timelines Review and validate ownership interests to ensure records reflect correct ownership Identify and resolve net revenue interest (NRI) discrepancies in coordination with payors and operators Research and respond to inquiries from payors requesting additional documentation or clarification Support land and title teams with curative and title-related research as needed Maintain and update payor and ownership data within internal systems Perform administrative tasks including document scanning, mailing, and record organization Assist with team initiatives and special projects as assigned Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on division order experience Working knowledge of the energy or oil & gas industry Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive information Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required Additional Details:
