CSI Recruiting is working with a long-standing oil & gas company based in Dallas, Texas in their search for an experienced
Division Order Manager /
Senior Division Order Analyst
to lead the company'sDivision Order Analysis functions. The work schedule is 3 days in-office and two days working from home (if desired).

This role will be responsible for analyzing and managing division orders, ensuring accurate ownership determination, and maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory standards. This role is critical in facilitating the timely and accurate distribution of revenues and royalties to owners. This position reports to the company's Vice President of Land.
Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ownership Analysis:
Analyze title opinions, deeds, leases, and other legal documents to determine ownership interests.
Maintain accurate ownership records and update systems as ownership changes occur.
Division Order Preparation:
Prepare and distribute division orders to stakeholders, including royalty owners and working interest owners.
Ensure division orders are accurate and compliant with applicable regulations and contractual obligations.
Division Order Title Curative Supervision:
Oversee, direct, and aid in the procurement of division order title curative to facilitate the accurate payment of revenues.
Revenue Distribution:
Verify and ensure the accurate distribution of revenues and royalties based on ownership interests.
Address and resolve revenue and royalty discrepancies promptly.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for royalty owners regarding ownership changes, disputes, and inquiries.
Work collaboratively with internal departments, landowners, attorneys, and regulatory agencies to address issues and ensure data accuracy.
Data Management:
Utilize land management software to maintain and manage ownership records and related data.
Conduct regular audits of ownership data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Problem Solving:
Investigate and resolve complex title issues, ownership discrepancies, and other challenges impacting revenue distribution.
Provide detailed reports and documentation to support findings and resolutions.
QUALIFICATIONS: Education:
Bachelor’s degree or sufficient work experience,
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Division Order Analyst with experience managing a company's Division Order process.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of oil and gas title, land, and division order processes.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in land management software (W Energy, Pak Energy, or similar). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities., Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
