Coronado Resources is a Dallas based energy investment office that acquires and manages onshore oil and gas royalty and mineral interests in the continental United States. Coronado is seeking to hire a division order analyst to work in a growing energy investment office. While this position is anticipated to be full-time, for a highly experienced candidate, part-time can be considered. Key Responsibilities
Verify incoming division orders and transfer orders for accuracy. Communicate with operators to confirm ownership details. Calculate mineral and royalty ownership using tract, unit, and lease data. Setup and maintain division orders and properties in land software. Organize and maintain files. Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of experience in division order analysis, lease administration, or a related role in the oil and gas industry. Strong knowledge of oil and gas lease terms, division orders, and mineral ownership. Proficiency in land management and accounting software (e.g., DrillingInfo, Wolfepak, EnergyLink). Detail-oriented with the ability to adhere to workflow processes. Seniority level
