Enterprise Business Development Representative
Chicago | Hybrid (min. 3 days in‑office) Up to $65k base (DOE) + uncapped commission (20k OTE)
This business operates in one of the fastest-growing markets in the U.S. – Construction Technology – applying AI and computer vision to solve one of the most expensive problems in commercial construction: delays, inefficiencies, and cost overruns. The platform digitises site operations and gives construction leaders real-time visibility into progress – replacing manual reporting with data-driven insight. It’s already deployed across 10+ countries, trusted by major enterprise contractors, and is now accelerating growth across North America.
This is a high-impact, career-defining role for a commercially driven SDR/BDR ready to step into the enterprise space.
The Role You’ll join the founding BDR team in Chicago, working closely with senior sales leaders on strategic, high-value deals.
Research and map large enterprise construction accounts across the U.S.
Own outbound prospecting: cold calls, email, LinkedIn
Engage senior stakeholders and qualify complex buying groups
Set high-quality meetings that feed multi-million-dollar sales cycles
Collaborate with AEs to refine messaging, ICP, and GTM strategy
This is consultative, enterprise sales – not a volume-led SDR role.
What They’re Looking For
1+ year experience as an SDR/BDR in SaaS
Confident, articulate, and commercially curious
Comfortable opening doors and holding senior conversations
Coachable, driven, and ambitious
Based in Chicago (non-negotiable)
Enterprise or construction exposure is a bonus, not essential
The Package
Up to $65k base salary depending on experience
