Role Description You will be at the forefront of Madam Glam’s B2B growth—building relationships, attending trade shows, and turning leads into long‑term partners.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and grow B2B relationships (salons, distributors, wholesalers, professional accounts)
Represent Madam Glam at international trade shows, fairs, and industry events
Identify new B2B opportunities and strategic partnerships
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support B2B initiatives
Maintain and grow existing B2B accounts with a long‑term relationship mindset
Provide market feedback and insights from the field to internal teams
Qualifications
Sales skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of beauty industry trends and products
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience in retail or beauty sales is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of nail care and products
