We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who is eager to grow alongside a company in an exciting period of expansion and rebranding. This role offers hands‑on exposure to the full marketing function, from campaign execution to brand development and operational tools. The ideal candidate will gain practical experience across modern marketing platforms, processes, and analytics while directly supporting initiatives that shape how the company is positioned in the market.

Responsibilities

Create & Innovate: Use digital tools like Canva, HubSpot, and WordPress to build, manage, elevate and launch marketing assets.

Manage project calendars and ensure everything is on point and on time.

Support the social media calendar including launch and measurement of social posts.

Manage the directory of sales enablement materials, ensuring our brand is fresh and all materials are accurate.

Pull reports, track performance, and share insights that drive smarter decisions.

Help process invoices and keep marketing spend on track.

Support ad‑hoc tasks to keep the marketing engine humming.

Required Qualifications

A creative problem‑solver with outstanding organizational skills.

Comfortable using Canva, Marketing Automation Tools, and WordPress (bonus points for other digital tools!).

Detail‑oriented with a knack for spotting what’s missing or outdated with regards to our content.

Job Type:

Full‑time

Salary range:

$53,000 – $75,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

Work Location

Hybrid role, 3 days a week in our Dallas, TX office (13155 Noel Rd, Suite 2400 Dallas, TX 75240)
