SALES PROFESSIONAL, METRO DC TEAM
Location:
Field coverage for
METRO DC TEAM, to include METRO DC, MARYLAND, AND NORTHERN VIRGINIA
Home base location of
WASHINGTON DC ORVIRGINIA . Daily territory travel with some overnight.
Compensation: $80-$120k (base + commission + bonus).

tiling installation systems )
SALES PROFESSIONAL
with a customer‑first, solution‑driven mindset to drive territory growth.
What You’ll Do
Drive sales growth of ARDEX and Henry products across your designated territory
Generate leads, win new business, and build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and architects
Conduct product demos, presentations, and training sessions
Provide technical support and collaborate with corporate teams to ensure exceptional customer service
Experience and Skills: What you’ll bring to ARDEX
Minimum 5 years outside sales experience is essential. Knowledge of flooring or tiling installation systems is required.
Technical proficiency and familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements is essential.
High levels of business integrity, ethics and good professional judgement
High level of energy and enthusiasm for the industry. Solution‑driven and customer focused
Must be able to conduct product presentations and demonstrations confidently and professionally
Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Must be able to travel daily throughout assigned territory, including some overnight.
Able to operate non power and power tools. Good mechanical or hands‑on skills to meet the needs of intensive and physically demanding field support and service
Able to lift to 70 pounds on occasion, with a carrying capability of 55 pounds.
Four (4) year college degree is preferred, or minimum completed high school diploma with relevant industry work experience.
