NEW YOUR METROareas
(to include Connecticut, New York, Long Island, NewJersey). Preferred base location (and focus on) Westchester /Southern Connecticut. Daily territory travel including some overnight.
Compensation: $80-$120k (base + commission + bonus).

SALESPROFESSIONAL
with a customer-first, solution-driven mindsetto drive territory growth.
What You’ll Do
Drive sales growth of ARDEX and Henry products across yourdesignated territory
Generate leads, win new business, and build strongrelationships with distributors, contractors, and architects
Conduct product demos, presentations, and training sessions
Provide technical support and collaborate with corporate teamsto ensure exceptional customer service
Experience and Skills: What you’ll bring to ARDEX
Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience (flooring ortiling systems required)
Technical proficiency and familiar with architecturalspecifications and construction design elements
High levels of business integrity, ethics and goodprofessional judgement
High level of energy and enthusiasm for the industry. Solutiondriven and customer focused
Ability to travel daily within territory (some overnight)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Hands-on skills for field support; able to lift up to 70 lbs.(32kg) occasionally and carry up to 55 lbs. (25kg)

Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred or minimum completed high schooldiploma with relevant work experience is required
