Responsibilities
Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and other methodologies.
Analyze user feedback and activity to iterate and improve the user experience.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
Develop high‑fidelity prototypes and mockups using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and design standards.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver intuitive, user‑centric solutions.
Facilitate design‑thinking workshops and brainstorming sessions to ideate innovative design solutions.
Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability and visual appeal.
Ensure responsiveness and accessibility across various devices and platforms.
Conduct usability tests and gather qualitative and quantitative data to refine and enhance user experiences.
Implement A/B testing to evaluate design decisions and iterate based on user feedback.
Maintain comprehensive design documentation and specifications to guide the development team.
Create and update design system components and guidelines.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
User‑Centric Design : Deep understanding of user‑centered design principles and practices. Ability to empathize with users and design intuitive, seamless, and enjoyable experiences.
Analytical Skills : Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make data‑driven design decisions. Proficient in analyzing user research data to drive design improvements.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members.
Creativity and Innovation : Strong creative skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to think out‑of‑the‑box and propose innovative design solutions.
Team Collaboration : Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective teamwork and collaboration.
Time Management : Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high‑quality work within deadlines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Experience
Minimum of 3‑5 years as a UX Designer, preferably within the fintech industry or a related field.
Strong ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and data‑driven design decisions.
Proficiency in Figma (including advanced features such as Auto Layout, Variants, Design Tokens, and AI‑powered plugins).
Ability to create interactive prototypes, responsive layouts, and scalable design systems.
Deep understanding of design systems principles, governance, and scalability.
Hands‑on experience with AI‑based UX tools such as Visily.io and UXPilot for automated wireframes, user flows, and usability analysis.
Staying updated with emerging UX trends such as ethical design, sustainability, and AI‑driven personalization.
Proven track record of designing complex web and mobile applications.
