Utilizes strong working knowledge of appropriate regulations including specifically required knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), FAR supplements (e.g. DFARS) and other agency regulations and the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC).**Qualifications and Education Requirements**Requires comprehensive level knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. Clearance upon hiring or achieve a clearance; ability to obtain a Secret clearance. **Preferred Skills**8+ years of DoD or Aerospace/Defense Contracts Experience. Experience in problem solving through creative solutions drawing from prior experience is preferred. Must possess excellent communications skills. Effectively communicate via formal letters dealing with complicated and sensitive subjects, possess proper email skills, and possess excellent verbal communication skills.Must have experience and be able to manage complex projects or processes. Must have experience leading a team/project in gathering comprehensive data from multiple disciplines and lead a team to address complex issues and concerns. Problems typically require consideration from multiple areas or specialties.

**Security Responsibilities****Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.** This job operates in a professional office environment.
