You'll be on the front lines, ensuring that every educator who walks into a classroom through our platform is fully vetted, qualified, and prepared to make a positive impact.**What You'll Do**You'll be a key player on our Compliance team, using your sharp eye for detail to ensure we're adhering to all state, federal, and internal standards. This means you'll be:- Reviewing and verifying educator profiles to confirm all documentation is accurate, from background checks and references to immunizations and training certifications.- Assisting with background checks and regular compliance audits to maintain our high standards of safety.- Collaborating with a passionate team to develop and implement policies that protect students and schools.- Helping to build a culture of compliance across the entire organization, ensuring everyone understands the importance of our mission.**Who We're Looking For**This role is perfect for a self-motivated and highly organized individual who is passionate about making a difference.
