Job Summary
We are seeking a self‑motivated and detail‑oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Maintenance Technician. This role involves performing general maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the hotel is safe, clean, and functional for guests and staff.
Benefits Compensation: $22-$27/hr
Key Responsibilities
Support the maintenance department in overseeing daily maintenance operations
Perform hands‑on repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance
Assist with preventive maintenance programs and timely completion of work orders
Ensure prompt response to guest maintenance requests and service recovery needs
Maintain compliance with safety standards, brand requirements, and local regulations
Utilize hotel systems and tools such as PEP, Kipsu, Slack, and Monday.com to track work orders and communication
Assist with training, coaching, and supervising maintenance team members as needed
Coordinate with other departments to minimize guest impact during repairs and projects
Qualifications
Hotel supervisory maintenance experience required
Open availability (morning, afternoon, and overnight if needed)
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
PEP experience preferred, or willingness to learn
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced hotel environment
Hands‑on, solution‑driven, and guest‑focused mindset
Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
