JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide engineering support to Component Engineers across assigned projects
Develop, update, and manage engineering models and documentation using Creo and Teamcenter
Coordinate and distribute work across a global engineering team to ensure timely execution
Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote to support reporting, documentation, and effective communication
Collaborate closely with the Team Lead and interact with the broader engineering organization as needed
Participate in occasional shop visits to support hands-on engineering activities
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is required, ideally in Engineering; candidates with Computer Science degrees are also encouraged to apply, along with 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Proficiency in Creo
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Experience using Teamcenter or similar PLM systems
Solid understanding of GD&T principles
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED
Effective communicator
Strong team player
Ability to collaborate across functions and global teams
