Position Summary We are seeking a relationship-driven, mid-level Biomedical Sales Representative responsible for maintaining, strengthening, and expanding enBio’s existing customer base, while selectively growing new opportunities within established markets.
This role is well suited for a sales professional who is process-oriented, consultative, and disciplined, with experience selling biomedical engineering, HTM, or medical equipment services. Success in this position comes from building trust, delivering consistent follow-up, and identifying incremental growth opportunities within existing accounts.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who values long-term relationships over transactional selling and is comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.
Requirements Key Responsibilities Account Management & Growth
Manage and grow assigned existing accounts across hospitals, clinics, surgery centers, and specialty practices.
Maintain regular contact with key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction, retention, and service continuity.
Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current customer relationships.
Serve as the primary commercial point of contact during onboarding and early service delivery.
Targeted Business Development
Conduct proactive outreach within existing markets to expand enBio’s footprint.
Make outbound calls from a curated database to qualify prospects and schedule introductory meetings.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with defined territory goals.
Conduct in-person customer visits as needed to strengthen relationships and advance opportunities.
Sales Execution
Lead consultative sales conversations with Biomed Directors, Facilities Managers, Nursing Leadership, and Procurement teams.
Present enBio’s biomedical engineering services, maintenance programs, and technical capabilities clearly and professionally.
Conduct onsite meetings, capability overviews, and solution-focused discussions.
Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure proposed solutions align with customer needs and operational capabilities.
Client Relationship Management
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
Ensure a smooth handoff from sales to operations while remaining engaged post-sale.
Maintain ongoing communication to support renewals, expansions, and long-term retention.
Accurately document activity, pipeline, and customer interactions in the CRM.
Qualifications
5+ years
of experience in biomedical services sales, medical equipment sales, or related healthcare sales roles.
Proven ability to manage existing accounts while driving incremental growth.
Strong understanding of hospital and clinic operations, purchasing processes, and clinical environments.
Demonstrated success with direct selling, outbound outreach, and relationship-based sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable operating independently.
CRM proficiency and strong follow-through.
