We are seeking a talented Senior Criminal Defense Lawyer to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Criminal Defense Lawyer with a proven track record in court and at trial. The ideal candidate is a passionate advocate with strong courtroom skills, a deep understanding of criminal law, and a commitment to delivering personalized, high-quality legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in a wide range of criminal matters, including misdemeanors, felonies, and appeals.

Conduct thorough case investigations, legal research, and analysis to build robust defense strategies.

Draft and argue motions, negotiate plea agreements, and represent clients at hearings and trials.

Collaborate with firm attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive client support.

Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and empathetic advocacy.

Stay current on legal developments and best practices in criminal law.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active license to practice law in PA and in good standing with the state bar.

Minimum of 5+ years of criminal law experience, preferably some time as an Assistant Public Defender or Assistant District Attorney.

Demonstrated success in handling criminal cases, including trials and plea negotiations.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Commitment to client advocacy and ethical practice.
