WDG is hiring a senior Marketing Manager to take ownership of how we plan, run, and measure marketing that supports our business growth.
This role is focused on bringing clarity and consistency to how WDG approaches marketing, from setting priorities and shaping messaging to executing programs and evaluating results.
You’ll work closely with leadership, have visibility into decision‑making, and help define how marketing contributes to WDG’s growth. You won’t be handed a playbook — part of this opportunity is helping to define what works and then putting it into practice.
As WDG evolves, this role will have the room to grow in scope and influence.
The Role This role is about making marketing work for our business, connecting what we say with who we reach and how that turns into qualified interest and opportunity for our sales team.
You’ll work across LinkedIn, email, our website, and key partner channels. You’ll help define what success looks like for us, measure it, and adjust as we learn what works best. You’ll work directly with leadership, have the space to make decisions, and be expected to focus on results that matter.
While WDG is fully remote, we are prioritizing candidates within the Washington, DC region.
Responsibilities
Setting the direction for WDG’s marketing efforts
Turning positioning and value into coherent campaigns and programs
Generating and nurturing leads through LinkedIn, email, web, and partner channels
Planning and executing integrated programs that support pipeline goals
Tracking performance metrics tied to awareness, qualified leads, and the sales pipeline, and reporting on what works, what isn’t, and where to adapt
Working closely with leadership to align marketing with business needs
This is a senior, hands‑on role for someone who loves a clear sense of ownership and clarity of purpose.
Qualifications What You’ll Bring:
5+ years of B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth experience
Experience owning marketing work from strategy through execution
Strong understanding of lead generation, nurture, and funnel dynamics
Comfort using data to make decisions and inform next steps
A self‑directed approach and readiness to take responsibility
Bonus Points For
Experience marketing professional services, agencies, or enterprise offerings
Familiarity with LinkedIn as a primary demand channel
Close collaboration with sales or leadership on pipeline goals
Compensation & Benefits This role offers a salary range of $100k-120k, depending on experience, along with industry competitive benefits and perks, such as comprehensive health benefits, unlimited PTO, 401(k) with company matching, and company‑paid life insurance.
