$140,000 - $191,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop plant staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles.
Maintain plant equipment and infrastructure through effective maintenance programs.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience in manufacturing plant management or a similar senior leadership role.
Strong leadership, team development, and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and quality systems.
Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, budgets, and drive operational efficiency.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with advanced automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives
MBA or Master's degree in Engineering or Operations Management
