Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily production schedules and manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.

Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience in manufacturing operations management, including production, supply chain, and quality control.
Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Proficiency in managing operational budgets, driving cost efficiencies, and optimizing resource allocation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Familiarity with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 principles.
