At Holly Poultry, we’ve been feeding families for decades, but our next chapter is changing the game entirely. We’re building two brands that are rewriting what fresh poultry means:
EASY STREET
– pre-trimmed, pre-diced and dry-seasoned, no antibiotics-ever fresh chicken that’s packed with big flavor and zero hassle. Street food–inspired, cooks in 7 minutes, and priced to win, Easy Street makes it easy for modern consumers to make better dinners at home without overthinking it.
ONE FINE CHICKEN
– premium, no-antibiotics-ever fresh cuts (breasts, thighs, drumsticks, tenders) that set a higher bar for quality and value offering Better chicken for everyone.
The fresh poultry aisle hasn’t changed in decades. We’re fixing that, and we’re moving fast. Retailers are saying yes. Customers are hooked. Now we need you.
We’re looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our lean, high-energy Retail Division and help us keep pace with the momentum. This isn’t a sit-back-and-watch job. This is a get in now, help build something special job. You’ll be embedded with the sales lead taking these brands national, making sure every launch, every order, and every partner experience lands flawlessly.

What you’ll do:
Be the engine of retail sales: manage accounts, track orders, and keep the growth machine running.
Own the details that win retail: customer records, pricing, product data and reporting.
Work cross-functionally: partner with production, logistics, and customer service so customers always get the product they need, when they need it.
Be hands-on with growth: new item launches, promos, inventory tracking, trade shows, demos, and customer visits.
Solve problems on the fly: growth moves fast, and you’ll be in the middle of it.
Qualifications Who you are
3 years of sales support experience
Minimum 1-2 years of CPG retail sales experience, preferably in grocery, food, beverage, or other consumer product.
Experience working with retail buyers is a must.
Obsessed with details but able to roll with the chaos of growth.
Strong communicator who thrives working cross-functionally.
Excel, Powerpoint, learning new systems? You're on it!
Experience with sales analytics and reporting is a bonus.
Willing and able to travel up to 30% for retailer visits, demos, and trade shows.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
Candidate must successfully pass post-offer/pre-employment drug and background screen.
