Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary ambassador for the facility by building strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners.
Coordinate and implement effective facility marketing and outreach programs to increase census and strengthen community presence.
Conduct facility tours, manage admissions paperwork, and ensure a welcoming and seamless admission experience.
Meet with prospective residents and families to educate, guide, and support them through the decision‑making process.
Lead and coordinate the full admissions process from referral to admission.
Actively represent the facility in the community through networking, meetings, and events.
Provide daily updates to the Admissions Support Team regarding marketing efforts, referrals, and admissions activity.
Make informed admissions recommendations to facility leadership.
Maintain working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and applicable federal and state regulations.
Monitor customer satisfaction feedback, analyze trends, and collaborate with leadership to develop action plans for improvement.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing care setting preferred.
Demonstrated ability to understand, communicate, and promote clinical outcomes, data, and performance metrics to referral partners and the community.
Proven experience with networking, community outreach, and coordinating community or referral‑based events.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent healthcare marketing or admissions experience).
