This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Renewals Specialist. In this role, you will be crucial in managing and securing subscription renewals for existing client accounts. Working collaboratively with various teams, you will ensure that contracts are processed efficiently and that our clients receive the utmost support. Your contributions will significantly impact client satisfaction and retention, helping to foster strong relationships between clients and our services. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic remote environment, demonstrating a detail-oriented approach while managing multiple responsibilities.

Accountabilities

Prepare renewal quotes for contracts in your pipeline 120 days prior to expiration and submit to clients.

Manage agreements efficiently and accurately from start to finish, including logging and updating the contract management system.

Review and complete action items on the Salesforce dashboard in a timely manner.

Contact and follow up with clients and partners in accordance with renewal processes to ensure timely renewal.

Manage customer requests for contract amendments, merges, cancellations, and transfers; elevate to Contracts Specialist as appropriate.

Review and interpret contractual terms and conditions and engage Contracts Specialists as necessary.

Identify upsell and expansion leads in client account reviews and log them accurately in Salesforce.

Partner with Sales, Contract Specialists, and Customer Success to mitigate any at-risk and late renewals.

Validate client entitlements and other contract attributes.

Ensure accurate post-signature processing of orders as they are received.

Requirements

Early in career.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Background in Customer Service, Business Administration, Banking, or Finance is preferred.

Attention to detail is essential.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Outstanding interpersonal skills and customer service abilities.
