What You Will Do:
Data & Insights
Independently analyze product adoption, usage, and performance metrics.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to influence product decisions.
Build and automate dashboards and recurring reports for real-time visibility.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
Own the creation of user-facing documentation (release notes, guides, FAQs).
Partner with Product Owners to produce clear journey maps, workflows, and diagrams.
Lead transfer-of-information sessions to enable downstream commercial and support teams.
Product Operations & Process Improvement
Maintain and improve backlog hygiene practices, ensuring readiness and prioritization.
Identify and drive process improvements for backlog refinement, release readiness, and reporting.
Promote disciplined use of metrics (e.g., backlog health, sprint predictability).
What You Will Need: Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering/ Computer Science or related discipline & 2+ years of work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
Strong technical writing skills (drafting release notes, guides, and process docs).
Understanding of Agile/Scrum principles (terminology, ceremonies, backlog flow).
Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker — at the user level).
Strong Agile practice knowledge (capacity planning, backlog health metrics, predictability tracking).
Preferred Skills / Engineering tools:
Experience with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira dashboards, custom queries, integrations with Aha!/Confluence).
Ability to create process maps and workflows in Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent.
$89k - $148k salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
