Job Responsibilities: Prospect, qualify, and manage a sales pipeline to achieve assigned revenue targets in the US market.
Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and account research.
Conduct discovery calls with US-based prospects to understand business challenges and requirements.
Position IT services and digital solutions effectively, with a strong focus on E-commerce offerings.
Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to develop proposals, pricing, and solution presentations.
Drive opportunities through the complete sales cycle—from initial contact to deal closure.
Identify and engage key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target organizations.
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and activity updates in CRM systems.
Build long-term relationships with SMB and mid-market clients across the US region.
Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Requirements
Requirements: 4–6 years of experience
in IT services or technology solution sales within the
US market .
Must be currently based in the United States
and authorized to work without sponsorship.
Proven experience selling
IT services / digital solutions .
Strong understanding of US business culture, buying behavior, and sales processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with
native or near-native English fluency .
Experience working with US SMB or mid-market clients.
Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling approaches.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
Ability to build trust quickly and establish long-term customer relationships.
Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Nice to Have Existing network of US SMB clients
Background working with offshore / global delivery teams
