Responsibilities Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and adolescents aged 7-17? NSBH is on the lookout for a dedicated Therapist to join our Residential program, working Monday to Friday.

What You'll Do:

Manage a caseload of 8-10 kids.

Provide individual and family therapy sessions weekly.

Offer groups daily.

Collaborate with internal and external team members to ensure successful discharge.

What You'll Love:

Work with youth facing a variety of diagnoses.

Help them transition safely back into the community.

Qualifications

A minimum of a master’s degree in a human services field (i.e., psychology, social work, counseling, education).

Preferred: Licensed in the state of Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or a Licensed Psychologist) or, must be resident in counseling. Preference given to candidates with CSOTP and/or CSAC.

Some experience with children/adolescents.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Subject to pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background investigation.
