Key Skills Required:
Incident Response Expertise:
Demonstrated experience handling high-volume incidents and security events efficiently and effectively.
SIEM Proficiency:
Extensive experience and comfort in utilizing advanced SIEM platforms such as Splunk and SentinelOne. Experience with Next Gen SIEM tools like CrowdStrike is a significant advantage.
Linux Environment Proficiency:
Strong familiarity with working in Linux-heavy environments, using Linux tools, and addressing incident response or vulnerability management issues in Linux-centric systems.
Understanding of Vulnerability Management:
A clear grasp of how Linux components function, identifying their vulnerability posture, and assessing associated risks. Experience with vulnerabilities such as Log4j and Pollkit would be highly desirable.
