You’re a great fit if:
- You have 3–6 years of experience, ideally starting in consulting and moving into a high-growth or start-up operating environment.
- You’re hungry, scrappy, and process-oriented — energized by diving into details to build scalable systems.

- You bring structure, clarity, and speed to cross-functional collaboration.
Your responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and build scalable, repeatable processes across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering.
- Operational Execution: Lead and execute cross-functional projects that improve how we work and deliver value.
- Systems & Tools: Evaluate, implement, and manage internal tools to improve team collaboration and productivity.
- Planning & Reporting: Support company planning cycles, track OKRs, and ensure teams stay aligned and accountable.
- Documentation & Enablement: Develop playbooks, internal documentation, and training materials to drive operational excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Be the connective tissue across teams — ensure information flows smoothly and blockers are quickly removed.
