Compensation Structure
- Competitive pay with a base salary + commission + bonuses.
Flexibility & Freedom
- Hybrid remote – This is not a typical 9‑5 desk job. The general manager will work in the field mostly, calling on apartment managers, heads of maintenance and construction superintendents.

Sales Support

Typical Day of a Outside Sales Representative
- You will choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day (all leads are provided); heavy focus on apartment complexes and multifamily new construction projects.
- During each appointment with the apartment complex property manager or site head of maintenance you will build rapport with property manager, walk through a unit to assess opportunities, educate on our services and book repairs.
- Some work from home includes reviewing sales route, prep calls, and minimal admin work.
- Daily check‑in with the Owner.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong rapport skills and persistence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- No prior industry or sales experience is required—training will be provided.
