Hybrid remote – This is not a typical 9‑5 desk job. The general manager will work in the field mostly, calling on apartment managers, heads of maintenance and construction superintendents. Employees can structure their day and choose work locations. Sales Support

No prior industry experience, degree, or formal sales experience is needed. We offer an annual trip to Surface Experts corporate for sales training from world‑class experts. You will choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day (all leads are provided); heavy focus on apartment complexes and multifamily new construction projects. During each appointment with the apartment complex property manager or site head of maintenance you will build rapport with property manager, walk through a unit to assess opportunities, educate on our services and book repairs. Some work from home includes reviewing sales route, prep calls, and minimal admin work. Daily check‑in with the Owner. QUALIFICATIONS
Strong rapport skills and persistence. Strong written and verbal communication skills. No prior industry or sales experience is required—training will be provided. ABOUT SURFACE EXPERTS
