Location: Dallas, TX (In-Office) | Includes Local Travel + Trade Shows

Full-Time | Base + Uncapped Commission | $200K–$400K+ Expected Earnings

You’ll be set up with world-class tools, a full media team, and a high-speed team around you—but make no mistake: this role is earned every day through action.

What to Expect (Read This Before You Apply):

This role isn’t for everyone. It’s for the one :

  • You’ll be making 100+ outbound calls per day
  • You’ll talk to 15–20 actual buyers daily (CMOs, VPs, Founders—not assistants)
  • You’ll run your own calendar : prospect, book, pitch, close
  • You’ll be on Zoom meetings, client visits, trade show floors, and call blocks
  • You’ll live inside your metrics—no guessing, no hiding, total visibility
  • You’ll be expected to create your own momentum —not wait for handouts
  • You will need to produce content —personal videos, podcast appearances, social-ready assets
  • You will be held to a high standard of output, quality, and revenue

What You Must Bring:

  • 5+ years of outbound, high-performance sales experience
  • Clear, documented history of leading your team or org in sales performance
  • You’ve made big money before —and you want more
  • You’re built for high volume, high conversation flow, and closing energy
  • You’re fluent with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Gong, Apollo, Salesloft , and modern sales tech
  • You’re confident on phone, Zoom, in the room, and on camera
  • You don’t “delegate sales”—you do it.
  • You are obsessed with momentum, visibility, and results
  • You play offense. Always.

  • Salesforce – CRM and revenue engine
  • ZoomInfo – data, targeting, and intel
  • Gong – call tracking, analysis, and deal review
  • Apollo + Salesloft – for rapid execution and sequencing
  • AI tools – to prep faster, research better, and move smarter
  • Slack + Asana – for tight team comms and project execution
  • Full in-house media team – videographers, editors, designers
  • Studio access – create podcast episodes, custom video, and tailored outreach clips
