Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B SEO strategy across technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content-driven growth.
  • Conduct keyword research focused on high-intent, mid-funnel, and bottom-funnel B2B queries.
  • Optimize site architecture, internal linking, and crawlability to improve organic performance.
  • Partner with content teams to guide SEO-driven content planning, briefs, and optimization.
  • Monitor algorithm updates and evolving search trends (including AI-driven search experiences).
  • Own the CRO roadmap for key website pages (homepage, product pages, landing pages, pricing, demos).
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates across the funnel.
  • Analyze user behavior using tools like heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a field approved by the hiring manager
  • 5+ years of experience in SEO and/or CRO, with a strong emphasis on B2B.
  • Proven success in improving organic traffic and conversion rates for B2B websites.
  • Deep understanding of technical SEO fundamentals (site speed, indexing, schema, Core Web Vitals).
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks and CRO best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage several concurrent test projects and prioritize against marketing goals
  • SEO: Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog

Preferred

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or complex sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with long buying journeys, multiple personas, and gated content strategies.
  • Experience optimizing demos, trials, or sales-led funnels.
  • Knowledge of AI search, SERP features, and evolving organic discovery channels.
