Description
Our client is currently seeking a Sales Director to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include
- Maintain relationshipwith clients and strategic partners.
- Generation of new leads.
- Ensure sales team achieve sales targets.
- Research and identification ofmarket trends andbusiness opportunities.
- Hiring and trainingof employees as required.
- Oversight of sales strategies for company products and services.
- Overseeforecasts, performancemetrics, and reports.
- Promotion ofthe company at events.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales management.
- Understands the B2B sales processes.
- Proficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Experience withinstallation andfabrication is preferable.
- Experience with theconstruction, printing, or advertising industries is preferable.
- Proficient with customer relationship management.
- Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written.
