Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Director of Nursing to join their team. This is a Full Time/Direct Hire position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversight of a nursing practice, from hiring to evaluation.
- Direct supervision of registered nurses.
- Ensure supported individuals are treated with upmost quality.
- Submission of payroll.
- Ensure nursing practice operates within relevant regulations and procedures.
- Oversight of policy/ regulation revisions.
- Coordination with HR.
Qualifications:
- Degree from accredited nursing school.
- Must currently be a Registered Professional Nurse.
- 5+ years’ experience in healthcare under professional nurse supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team effectively.
