Position Summary As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences by providing expert advice on automotive services and guiding customers through the service process. You will be the liaison between our customers and our skilled service technicians, ensuring that vehicles are serviced efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere in the service area.

Listen to customers’ concerns and effectively communicate with them to understand their vehicle's service needs.

Clearly explain recommended services, costs, and timelines to customers.

Schedule appointments and maintain an organized service appointment calendar.

Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.

Provide accurate estimates and obtain customer approval before initiating any work.

Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the service process.

Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent customer service and problem‑solving abilities.

Knowledge of automotive systems and basic technical understanding.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and team‑oriented environment.
