Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
Communicate effectively, motivating and responding to others’ needs and concerns.
Execute detailed work accurately and efficiently within established guidelines.
Participate in maintaining guidelines, structure, and policies.
Provide exceptional client service to a diverse audience.
Develop relationships with business partners and clients, introducing them to new products, services, and digital solutions.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of mortgage, business, and installment loan options and provide a broad base of financial and credit services.
Assist other departments as needed, building rapport with clients and associates and treating others with respect and consideration.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Desired Skills
Previous banking, cash handling or financial service experience.
6+ months of demonstrated successful sales experience.
Bilingual language skills.
Passionate and motivated self‑starter.
Passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies.
Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately.
Logical thinking to analyze situations and make sound decisions.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages.
Work Environment
Committed to meritocracy and supporting associates in growing within their role.
Physical requirements: grasp, push, pull, lift, bend, raise and hold hands and arms overhead.
Occasional overtime (typically no more than 5%).
Flexible scheduling as business needs allow.
